Abstract:

This paper first uses VR to innovate the informationized teaching technology of college physical education courses, combine the innovation of education methods with mental health education, innovate the teaching content of education courses, and construct the informationized teaching innovation system of education courses from multiple perspectives. Then, the comparison experiment on the application of the information-based teaching innovation system of college physical courses was designed and equalized using relevant methods. Finally, the impact of the system on students’ positive psychology, health quality, and overall physical education performance was analyzed, and teaching satisfaction was explored. The results showed that the scores of the experimental class in each initiative test were higher than those of the control class by 9~12 points, the attendance rate was maintained at about 0.97, the tardiness rate was below 0.05, the level of health and physical education knowledge and physical education skills were improved by 0.23 and 0.22, respectively, and the majority of them were satisfied with the teaching mode. Based on this study, it can improve the effect of physical education teaching and enhance the physical fitness of college students.
