Abstract:

This paper constructs a university accounting information system based on bio-cloud under the tax accounting specification to explore the new university tax accounting and accounting information model. Firstly, the tax accounting specification based on bio-cloud is clarified by combining bio-big data and cloud computing. Then, the basic framework of the accounting information system is designed based on three major business processes procurement management business, sales management business and payroll management and five major functional modules and databases of voucher management, account book management, report management, cashier management and system setting. A bio-cloud combines deep neural networks with multi-intelligence collaboration. Then the system performance is tested. The single-threaded recognition time of the voucher management module is controlled within 10 seconds, multi-threaded recognition time within 5 seconds, and multi-batch recognition within 2 seconds. The new message record interface and invoice approval result notification interface took longer than other interfaces, averaging around 2.2 seconds, while the response time of other interfaces was within 1.8 seconds, which was within the acceptable range. Compared with the traditional university accounting information system, the performance of all aspects is improved by about 10%, and finally, it is concluded that the system based on BioCloud meets the needs of universities.
