Abstract:

In learning English in college, many learners are troubled by psychological factors, especially learning anxiety. This paper analyzes the effect mechanism of psychological regulation of English anxiety in college based on a bioethics perspective and tests whether there are differences in spoken English and English learning anxiety in different grades. The correlation between learning anxiety and English grades in the bioethics of college English majors is explored, and the mediating effect between English learning anxiety and English grades is investigated empirically. According to the study results, the mean value of English learning anxiety among college English majors was 3.872, and the correlation coefficient with English performance was r=-0.752, p=0.000?0.05. The correlation coefficient between bioethics and English intelligent teaching was r=0.378, p=0.000?0.05. It indicates that the academic performance of college English majors is negatively correlated with English learning anxiety. Students' English proficiency can be effectively improved by alleviating English learning anxiety.
